WINNERS FOR BEST PHOTOGRAPHY AND DESIGN AT THE ROYAL BALLROOM & WILDFLOWER ATRIUM
AUSTIN, TEXAS

Congratulations, Nicole Laing from Nicole Laing Photography, for BEST Photography.
Congratulations, Mackenzie Garcia from Events by Mackenzie, and her team for the Lasting Impression Award.

The inspiration behind this gorgeous design is a classic garden party with an edgy modern twist. The typical elements of a garden party—florals, pastels, bees, butterflies, patterned linen, and lots of greenery—inspired this graceful design. The soft, romantic lavender complemented the earthy sage green and rich cinnamon brown tones to create unique pops of color.

The whimsical, wispy, and modern floral elements worked together to enhance the lovely Royal Ballroom and Wildflower Atrium. The chunky bamboo flatware added natural texture to the tasteful table settings. The wedding invitations were adorned with bows, decorative embellishments, and patterned designs. Fresh floral embellishments were added to the lilac stationary. A floral backdrop was placed behind the winding aisle at the ceremony site to create a natural garden feel. The pattern and texture made for an eye-catching and beautiful design in a classic and elegant space.

Pops of purple, green, blue, and neutral florals accented the bride’s dress during the ceremony. To complement the decorations, the bride’s attire was a fusion of romantic and garden party fashion. The dress was soft and flowy, with lace sleeves transforming the elegant look. Her jewelry was simple and added a delicate sparkle. To match the classic design, the bride styled her hair in a low updo.
