Florals are an undeniably beautiful detail, but if you’re a bride wanting a little extra pizazz to add to your décor, chances are you’ve been searching high and low for something that will POP! This styled shoot at Vesuvius Vineyards steps outside of the box with incorporated balloons that created a unique and fresh feel on wedding decorations.

The vaulted ceilings and stark white backdrop of the venue forced the pop of color to shine through the couple’s ceremony space, creating an ethereal feel throughout the room. These added details combined with the already present eye-catching chandelier were unforgettable.

With such a unique décor style, of course, a venue that paired well was a must. Vesuvius Vineyards gave off the cleanest and simple aura, creating an even more memorable experience for both the happy couple and their guests. The home on the property, known as Vesuvius, proudly sits as the oldest standing home in Lincoln County, North Carolina, built in 1792. Throughout the lush piece of land also lie remnants of the iron furnace built by the owner in 1795, which shows just how much history is packed into this beauty of a venue.

As the party later entered the reception space, the sweetheart table was front and center, draped with a sequin gold tablecloth and accompanied by greenery and candles to create the dreamiest, lit ambiance. At the dining tables, a hand-painted magnolia leaf laid atop the plates, for every guest to find their place amidst delicate china and small details that certainly made a statement.

The bride stole the show in her simple, fitted gown and showed off her dazzling pearl sleeves that were accompanied by a white fur shawl, bringing the winter warmth to the shoot. With all of the added details throughout the day, her dress meshed just right and certainly stood out against the other unique pieces that were shown off.
Her groom also turned heads as he showed off his sleek navy suit, which paired well with her bouquet of dark greenery and light pops of blush. The florals were so elegantly put together by Carolina Roses.

Brides searching for something that will make their wedding day POP should consider recruiting a balloon designer, using your wedding color palette to create a structure that guests will be talking about for years to come! Step outside of the box and incorporate balloons that create a unique and fresh feel for your wedding day vision.
