This group is for expert iPhone/Android Content Creation. If you are interested in bringing professional cameras we invite you to sign up as a photographer for this event.
Includes:

• Three luxurious design areas at Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Northern Georgia
• Each area will include (3) stylized theme-designed spaces and a flat lay, designed by some of the area’s most sought-after wedding designers and their teams – they will be competing for the BEST design in The Styled Challenge – you will see these talented teams get uber-creative with elevated designs – Design boards coming soon!
• Models will be provided at each designed area
• You will have 90 minutes of shooting at each venue – 45 minutes capturing Designer’s Behind-the-Scenes Setups and 45 minutes with models
• Guaranteed small groups
• Content Creator spots available (Limit of 10)
• After the shoot, join us for “The Wrap Party” Networking and Design Awards Ceremony to meet the designers and network with fellow wedding industry professionals – specific time TBD

WORKSHOP #1

“LIGHTING TECHNIQUES” WITH MICHAEL ALLEN & PAUL C. BUFF PROFESSIONAL LIGHTING

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2024 I 8:45 am I 45 to 60 minutes

Michael will present his photography lighting techniques in our upcoming workshops in partnership with BUFF Lighting. Even though today’s photographers love shooting in natural light, having the ability to use flash is vital for wedding photography.  For this workshop, Michael will demonstrate off-camera flash techniques and ambient flash techniques to help photographers. Simple one-light setups for detail shots, ambient light art portraits, and mastering food photography will be the focus of this workshop.  He will demonstrate how BUFF Lighting gear works, and then photographers will have the opportunity to test out the gear during the shoot at one location – details coming soon!

Michael has an amazing career as a commercial photographer spanning the last 20 years. Michael is the staff editorial photographer for Southern Bride Magazine, where he has traveled with their fashion team to locations from Jamaica, Puerta Vallarta, Mexico, Key West, New Orleans, and more. He’s celebrating his 15th year with the magazine as the bridal fashion photographer. Today Michael photographs high-end wedding portraits, couples portraits, bridal sessions, and commercial photography, working on dozens of high-end projects. He’s photographed such names as Lauren Alaina, Dierks Bentley, and The Blind Sides, Leigh Anne Touhy. From national branding projects with Fortune 500 companies to movie still photography, architectural photography, and magazine editorial features.

While at UofSC, Hannah gained valuable experience in event planning by interning with a wedding planner and organizing events for the College of Engineering and Computing. Her passion for creating memorable events led her to join Stunning & Brilliant while organizing her own wedding. With her attention to detail and vibrant personality, she is dedicated to building close client relationships and ensuring every client’s vision is perfect, and the event is flawlessly executed.

Although initially uninterested in floral design and aspiring to enter the medical field, Jessica was drawn into the flower world by her mother’s business and discovered a passion for creating wedding floral arrangements. Over the past 11 years, with guidance from her mother and other esteemed designers, she has grown to love working with couples to bring their floral and design visions to life, finding immense fulfillment in the transformation of their dreams into reality.
