The Proposal
In October 2023, Tommy took his first vacation in ten years. He traveled to Wisconsin, his home state, with Donna to visit his 100-year-old aunt, and then we went to Chicago. The couple stayed at the Hilton Downtown and dined at the Rosebud across the street. After dinner, Tommy leaned over with a big smile, kissed Donna on the cheek, and asked, “Will you be my wife?” Surprised, Donna smiled with tears in her eyes and said, “Yes, I will be your wife!” The couple embraced and cried tears of happiness. Following dinner, the couple went to Pop’s to celebrate with champagne!

In Preparation
Wedding planning was an exciting process for Donna and Tommy. The couple organized their Memphis wedding while living in Hot Springs, Arkansas. They made several trips to Memphis to meet with their fantastic vendors, who were accommodating and held multiple in-person meetings. Donna and Tommy wanted to avoid traditional wedding conventions, so they made unique choices that reflected their tastes.

The Big Day
Donna and Tommy married at Graceland Chapel in the Woods on April 13, 2024. Their rehearsal dinner and wedding reception were held in the Founder’s Lounge and Ballrooms at the Guest House at Graceland. Guests traveled from across the country, and the couple was thrilled with the venue hosts, especially enjoying a special treat of sunset photos at Graceland Mansion. Friends and family arrived earlyfrom a dozen states to attend the rehearsal dinner. Over 60 members of the DeNomie family, particularly Uncle Tommy’s nieces and nephews, loved the reception and danced to the music of Kevin and Bethany Paige, really rocking the house!
Tommy has always referred to Donna as his princess. The Bridgerton gown she wore was fit for royalty, and she truly felt like one—everyone remarked on it! The children all touched her sparkling dress, tiara, ring, and earrings, looking at Donna as if she were Cinderella.
The Graceland Wedding Planners collaborated with the couple’s vendors to create a fairy-tale wedding experience. Guests commented that it was the most elegant and original wedding event they had ever attended. It was indeed a night to remember for everyone.

The Retreat
The couple enjoyed a mini-honeymoon at the Guest House at Graceland, where the staff treated them like royalty. Donna and Tommy cherish every single day together, expressing their love through the little things. They are extremely happy in their life as a couple. Additionally, they are planning a honeymoon in Europe for next year.
